I'm delighted that you are considering this journey with me! If this is your first time experiencing a session with me, I’d like to make this as comfortable and beneficial for you as possible. To ensure we have the best session tailored to your needs, we will start with an additional 10-15 minutes to get to know each other. This time will be devoted to discussing your personal intentions, any specific areas of focus you may have, and answering any questions you might have about Reiki healing. Please allow for this extra time in your schedule, as it sets the stage for a more personalized and effective session. Understanding your unique needs and energies allows me to create a safe and nurturing environment that supports your healing journey. I look forward to meeting you and embarking on this healing journey together! Pricing is on a sliding scale of what you feel you can afford, with $75 as the suggested amount. I want everyone to get the healing they need when they need it. If it's not in your budget at the moment, pay what feels comfortable, or ask me about a different exchange.
It is highly beneficial to begin the session well-hydrated. Drinking plenty of water both before and after the session assists in maximizing the effects of the Reiki energy and aids in your overall well-being. Hydration helps the body respond more effectively to energy healing and enhances your ability to release any stagnant energies.
